Self Awareness Yoga Kriya

Kriya techniques have the function of orienting and purifying ours mind, in order to stop those repetitive circular and negative thoughts, a sometimes almost obsessive, which keep us imprisoned.

We have to get out of these grooves if we want to give space to thoughts focused, enlightened, oriented, operational that allow us another quality of life.

The Sanskrit word kriya in its root means "action". But what action?

The action of looking within, of investigating the world, of creating the relationship between the our inner world and the outer world; the action that sees us capable of get involved by telling ourselves what orientation we want to give to our life.

Kriya also indicates the action of purification, of letting go of the superfluous that occupies us by taking away our energy, hence the action of liberation.

Just think about how many kinds of non-constructive emotions you cultivate in one day, what behaviors do you put in place that affect your relationships and the your life and that are not consistent with what you want to be.

Kriya means freeing yourself, undressing yourself, seeking that essential self.

Self Awareness Meditation

Meditation is the tool to achieve this authenticity, in fact to meditate is to open your eyes to Life.

When we are always and completely "out of ourselves", committed in the myriad of things we have to do every day, we don't have a contact with our inner world that allows us to find ourselves.

So, meditation is the bridge that allows you to enter that dimension of your existence in which mind and heart dialogue, where you pre-exist yours memories, your illusions, your fears, your anguish and this is the place of possibility.

The deepest emotions of this inner place don't scream, don't they condemn, they do not accuse, they never complain, on the contrary, they manifest themselves as peace, joy, harmony and an intense happiness that arises spontaneously and naturally from your heart and pervades you all, illuminating your thinking and making it more creative, focused and operative.

Mindfulness meditation is, therefore, a tool to enter into contact with this world of possibility.

It is this step in that allows you to be authentic outside and when you are authentic outside, that is, you are outside as you are inside, you become magnetic, empathetic, attentive and helpful.

Others notice you, you they listen, they want your company, they want to accomplish things with you and share with you what is really important to them.

Practicing meditation means going to the other side of the shore of your limits

Conscious Breath

Mastering the breath means controlling the body and mind.

Whenever we feel lost and find it difficult to regain control of ourselves by different means, we should always use the method of observing breathing.

Stop now with me and think for a moment that the breath is just what you are lets live.

How many times have you stopped to reflect on how precious each individual is breath? On the value of this gift?

This prodigy that we take for granted has far more benefits than it does we usually think.

Mindful breathing is beneficial for the body, for emotions, for the mind and for the spirit.
